You can type in google and sign up with any blogging site, like wordpress or blogger.com whatever works. You basically want to get as much traffic as you can on your blog and you can do this by posting everyday and getting your name out there. It's exactly how you found this blog. So first step to making money off blogging is to use good adsense or have other ads on your blog that pay you to put them there. You can also post your links to your affiliate marketing or whatever your trying to sell. It's completely up to you.
