UNFAIR EBAY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! 1st negative feedback given
I am very annoyed with people. I have done over 200 flawless transactions and am always willing to work with the customer. However, this case was one that I did not appreciate. So the buyer bought my item (borderlands 2) and it was in prestine condition and listed as like new. I tested it before I sent it out. The buyer played it for 2 weeks then stated that the game stopped working. The buyer then demanded a full refund and an extra $5 so of course I am going to say no, but I did offer 1/3 of the original price because it wasnt my fault and they are the ones that messed with the game. It is just unfair and they have no right to leave negative feedback

Ebay fees and Paypal fees explained (2013)
So ebay fees and paypal fees change every couple of years but for now here's how it goes. If you add any extra things such as gallery plus, picture editors, any enhancers, those all cost a decent amount 50 cents a piece or around there. But you dont need them. So ebay charges an INSERTION FEE for 30 cents when you list an item and charges a FINAL VALUE FEE which is 10 % of the final sale price. In addition, Paypal charges 30 cents for a TRANSACTION FEE and takes 1.9% for themselves. Which sucks. So you can get anywhere from 20% to 85% of your item value depending on how expensive it is. The higher the final value price the closer to the 85% you get. I HATE EBAY AND PAYPAL FEES
EBAY FREE LISTING DAYS! SWEET!
Finally! Ebay free listing days arrive, what they are is a week where ebay basically allowed you to post up to 800,000 items for free. Usually it costs you 30 cents to list an item but that 30 cents can add up and if your selling small items that can be like 20% of your profit! not to mention, ebay fees and paypal fees! so I listed over 100 items and saved 30 bucks! I love ebay free listing days and wish they had more!

I GOT SCAMMED! DVD Scamm
Wow I never thought it would happen to me, but it did. And I can tell you its the worst feeling in the world because you can't do anything. Here's the story: I went on craigslist and wanted to by E.R Dvds which were worth about $100 and he wanted $50. I offered $40 and he said $45 because of shipping. He wanted the money through a U.S postal money gram. That was my first warning! I immediately replied "How do I know you wont just take the money and run, how do I know this isn't a scam?" so he sends me back a sob story that got to me (god I am such a dumbass) he writes " I wouldn't do that, I just got done burying my son and wouldn't do anything that I wouldn't want done to me god bless." So I send him the money, and he said he'd send it once he gets the money. 2 days pass, and I email and I get no response. 3 days, 4 days, I keep emailing no response. So now I'm skeptical, I go back to the original post and see payment info from our company. Oh god, now I realized I screwed up. Now I don't know what to do and I'm out about $50. Well I learned my lesson and I hope you guys don't do the same. NEVER SEND MONEY, meet in person! Unless on ebay or amazon. If your wondering HE LIVES AT 51 High Court Manhasset NY 11021! NEVER BUY FROM HIM, I am tempted to go to his house and give him a little present.......ugh SCAMMERS!

IGNORANT GARAGE SALE CUSTOMERS!
This post is a little bit different from the posts I usually put out. Here is a prime example of ignorant garage sale customers. Today I went to a garage sale that was unadvertised, I was passing it on my way home so I decided to stop by. I get out of the car and start searching through the items for sale. With some small talk I shortly figured out this lady just got out of a divorce! How sad : ( Anyways, I see this car pull up. This car was beat up, looked trashy and had a bunch of junk in it. He practically had a large umbrella sticking out of the window. I will now here on call him the JUNKMAN. Well I found this really cool silverware set that was gold plated and it looked very expensive. So I'm just doing my thing offering a price I seemed fair and she sold it to me at a more then fair price because I was nice to her. She even through in 2 extra things (A picture frame and a glass cup). Anyways as I'm bring it all to the table, the JUNKMAN who is wearing an aloha hawaii shirt, with glasses and a pipe decides to snatch everything in my hand and continue to say "Are you kidding me? your giving all that to him for that price? you've got to be kidding me, how can you take advantage of her like that?" and at this point I'm just about to mouth this guy off. What a jerk. So he offers her like $2 more than me and just takes the set and puts it in his car. This infuriates me, how people can be so aggressive like that. So while he's putting the stuff in the car, the lady gives a look at me like "I'm sorry" kind of look. Anyways I start looking at the other stuff, and the lady starts to talk to the guy saying "please don't be so rude to my customers, it's my choice whether to sell my things or not" and he says "listen I own an antique store and I know how much these things are worth, you shouldn't be selling it and not getting your moneys worth" and this guy is really scummy and dirty if you ask me. So I pick another thing out and offer her $2 for it as a fair price. So this guy, grips it out of my hand and says "listen if you can't afford it, don't come out here" gosh did that make me mad, but I kept silent and just walked off. This guy was just bad news, so what do you think I should have done? I'd really like feedback and maybe I'll try the things you suggest! Thanks!

Selling 101: Find Your Niche
Selling things on ebay, amazon, craigslist, half. Finding your niche is the most important thing you need to become a seller.
What is a niche? A niche is your place in the market, its what you know best and its what your selling.
How to find your niche? How to find your niche, think of things your passionate about. Things that you know the value of. For example, for me I know video games extremely well. I know how much each game goes for, which ones are rare and how much to price them at. Also the demand they're at. I know that all new games are very expensive and start off at 59.99 and decrease within time. however some games seem to stay valuable and collectible such as mario series games, yoshi games, pokemon games, etc.
Good luck finding your niche and start becoming successful!

THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO GARAGE SALES!
My Top 3 considerations for anything: Condition, Vintage, Odd/Unusual
- Books, VG+ condition: I don't usually do many books, unless they're really weird.
- Old paperback romance (<1980)
- Older children's books (<1970, hardcover, good dustjackets)
- Vintage paperbacks (mystery/sci fi) with lurid cover art
- Obscure non-fiction, the more specific the better.
- Odd cookbooks, vintage, put out by specific groups, odd foods
- Short stories (Horror/SciFi, put together as a lot)
- Several on same subject/sold as lot (crafts, hobbies, skills)
- See my guide for Buying Ex-Library Books, it applies here as well.
- Magazines - older, unusual topics, cover art, ads, check condition carefully, some wear is OK.
- CD's, check condition, classical, foreign, old musicals/soundtracks (buy popular music only if cheap)
- Cassettes : (<1990) these can be OK, if older, very specific music, religious, local, ethnic, some classical. Some music is not available on CD yet.
- DVDs, check condition, TV series, older movies, foreign films, odd non-fiction, excercise/yoga (buy popular movies only if cheap)
- VHS (<1990), obscure movies (foreign, sci-fi, horror, odd animation). Avoid any current releases.
- Video/PC Games: check condition carefully, odd titles, some older titles, horror/sci-fi/historical titles.
- Toys/action figures, vintage: check condition carefully. Year is often on foot of older action figures.
- Pins/pinbacks - brooches or music
- Keychains - odd, vintage, music/sports/auto related
- Board games/puzzles - complete, vintage
- Small electronics, calculators, cameras - vintage, best if with box and cables
- Early video games, especially the little handheld ones, best with box/instructions, check if they work w/new batteries
- Car-related items: keychains, accessories, etc. (for cars no longer made is better)
- Charm bracelets, charms, pendants: odd themes, can be sold as is or separately as charms
- Costume jewelry: doesn't have to be designer, well made, unusual, odd themes
- Scarves: the long thin kind, can be listed/described as neckwear, a head scarf, a belt, or purse accessory. Check for stains and rips.
- Belts: vintage, chain/metal, check condition.
- Vintage accessories: Gloves, handbags, scarves, belts, check condition carefully
- Vintage clothes: this can be a bit more involved with designers/makers, but if interesting, cheap and in really good condition, go for it.
- Designer anything with the tags, or VG without tags (these can be pricey, watch out, best if you know clothes)
- Defunct sports memorabilia - items from teams that are no longer playing
- Sports memorabilia - pins, keychains, mugs, odd housewares, etc.
- Coffee Mugs/Cups - Starbucks, licensed characters (older is better), 3D designs, odd shapes/themes
- Collectible glasses (McDonald's, etc.), the older the better, check for cracks and image wear
- Barware: swizzle sticks (odd shapes, specific liquors, places), shot glasses (bunch from same place, unusual, sets), coasters, ashtrays
- Pens: vintage, older, unusual, again you should know what you're looking for.
- Legos, sell in big lots, manuals, people, bases
- Other building toys: Playmobil, lincoln logs, bionicle?
- Kitchenware: vintage sets, obvious 70s, linens, silverware, utensils
- Dishes/Flatware: best if you know what makers you want, check for cracks and wear

New Money Making Activity #18: Yard sales or Garage Sales
This is something that can be pretty profitable. You never know what lurks in other peoples houses, somethings can be very valuable and they may not know it. For example, I recently went to a yard sale and bought a wooden antique clock and some fancy china plates and cups. Guess what happened? I bought all that for $10. I sold the clock for $88 and the china ware for approximately $110, which combined is about $200. I also bought small things like toys, which they added up to be like $40 extra cash for me. Basically the trick is buy the things you thing are collectibles or entail the most value. Then go on selling sites such as ebay and polish the items your selling and make the picture look good. Then post your item and you'll be surprised at the amount of cash you can make. By the way, I sold that stuff in less than a week and made a $300 profit, along with the other money making ways. This type of thing is rare, but once it happens buy all you can. Also try and bargain for prices too, you'll usually save a decent amount. NEVER TAKE THE PRICE THEY ASK. Unless its a $1! good luck!

New Money Making Activity #17: Doublemycashfreebies
This is the same thing as the site below except the offers are worth .5 go 1 credit each, however, these require either more money or the same free trials offered before. Pick and choose wisely, you don't want to get stuck with a trial that would make you pay every month. Again the money they pay you will be from the fortune 500 companies! They have billions of dollars so they wouldn't mind paying us for getting another customer to join. For every referral you get $30 bucks and with the monthly specials they dish out, you can get $33 bucks. Its a pretty hefty check for doing almost nothing, its like getting free money! Use this link below to get started: http://double.mycashfreebies.com/index.php?ref=64832

New Money Making Activity #13: CLIXSENSE
Hey guys, this one is really one you should get to know. It's called clix sense, and the main objective of this is to promote a site that will give you a referral bonus such as swagbucks. You basically click on ads and then earn money. You will earn 5 cents to 1 cents per ad and then you can put the money you earn from clicking ads into buying clicks for your own ad. What I mean by that is that you can create an ad that has a URL link, basically paste the URL link of your choice that has a referral link, for example: http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/JLin37 , then you create the ad and then the amount you paid for say $2.38 then 238 people will be able to see your ad then sign up. Also a tip, DO NOT sign up for the ads they already give out. Make your own, dont get sucked into the other scams! Good luck and Comment if you have any questions! Here the link :http://www.clixsense.com/?5303022

Scamming 101: PaidConsumer.com
Paid consumer is calling themselves a survey company? No, that is not true at all. All they do is refer you to the same survey companies over and over again. It just makes the process more difficult and you have to sign up for all the survey companies that just spam you mail over and over again. I tried it out and immediately unsubscribed because I'm not wasting my time on crap like that. My advice, would try using a different site or spending your time elsewhere, because it is not worth it. And just another scam site.

Instant Payday Network Updates
HOW TO MAKE A FEW EXTRA BUCKS? So I'm literally going to tell you everything you need to know about instant payday network. First off, I have to give a little of my background so you know where I am coming from. I am college student, non reliable source huh? Well actually I've been trying to make money online for 2 years now and nothing seems to work... I am lost, and frustrated because I even lost money. Those cheaters, those scammers, I hate them all. Now I came upon this discovery over watching Youtube Videos, yes, youtube. I thought I'd give it a try and I had nothing to lose so what the hell.... Okay that's enough of my background...let's get started... So when I signed up, I watched the 36 minute long video. It was long but informative, It promised me a bunch of things. He said "I dont need your money, or your bank account." Kind of eye-opening. So I decided oh what the heck. I gave it a shot and I was blown away. Yes its a bunch of work, but it can make you quite a profit if you know what your doing. The truth about this system, I am going to let you in on everything. First off, you are referred by an ID # and the person who lets you know gets a little bonus for it. Like about $20. So what the creator, Jeff Buchanan does is he made the system so he basically referred everyone and that made him a millionaire. What a genius huh? well I currently only made $50 bucks but at least it's something and its basically you set out advertisements HE GIVES YOU and it takes 2 minutes once you learn the process. It's so simple and I think you should give it a try. Oh and what I forgot to mention is you do have to complete offers but some o f them are completely free. And the key to doing this is you sign up then cancel all the memberships the next day and your good to go. Then you start making that cash. Start here, Use this link here:
http://instantpaydaynetwork.com/jcl5365 Let me know what you think. Currently it is doing pretty well for me, and you just need to know how to market yourself.

New money making activity #12: Global Test Market
WOWWZERRSS! Ok here's the scoop on a survey site that gives you a pretty good amount of cash when you withdraw. Each survey can range from 5 points to 75 points and they can take anywhere from 1 min to 30 minutes. When you cash out, which you need a minimum of 1000 marketpoints, you get $50 bucks which is pretty good considering the amount of points you can earn pretty fast. If you did the calculations, each survey is usually 35 or 40 market points, which equals $1.75 or $1.90 per survey, which isn't too bad. Plus they send you alot of surveys and if you dont qualify you get a sweepstakes entry which if you get lucky you get good prizes.

New Money Making Activity #11: PurePlay
AHHH the wonders of online gambling, do you like poker? texas hold em? well than this is a fun way to make some extra cash doing something you love. To play it is completely free and they give you special offers and you dont even have to pay. You just play and win, but be sure to never run out of poker points or you cant play in any of the tournaments anymore. You can win $10 per tournament or you can win $50 per tournament for quick games, longer games can run up to $5000 and various amounts of money. However, you must be good at poker so it is only recommended for them.

New money making activity #10: Opinion Outpost
Opinion outpost is a very reliable site that has known to give people easy surveys and you almost never get turned away from one. It is very difficult for them to redirect you, heres the catch. You recieve points that turn into cash, transferable by paypal. Each survey can be worth 5 to 100 points and 10 points = $1 and you need a minimum of 100 points to cash out through paypal. The thing they don't tell you is that each survey says like 2 minutes or 5 minutes but really they take like 30 minutes, it is ridiculous and gets me aggravated however, it is a legitimate way to make money and they do give like an infinite amount of surveys for you to make money.
Sunday, March 24, 2013
Money Making Activity #9: InboxDollars
INBOXDOLLARS! It is a survey site, but has a lot more perks than you know of. To accept a payout you need to make $30 and then you automatically become a gold member and get benefits that are worth it. In the beginning you practically make $15 by completing tasks, and tasks mean like downloading the tool bar and easy things. It is simple and if you aren't qualified for the survey, you get a survey spin and can win $5, $1, 5 cents, 25 cents extra survey, and sweepstakes. Each survey is worth anywhere from 0.25 to $3 and it isn't too bad. You also can earn, watching videos, searching, or playing games which they have daily deals and if you are good at the games than you should take advantage of free money. Join, but it wont make you a fortune and it is time consuming so if time is worth more than don't. But for kids, might as well make a quick buck. Scamming 101: Panel Pay Day
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I'm always trying to make a quick buck but this site just tops it all off. It serves as the middleman and just redirects you to other survey sites. Take into account that some make you pay fees and cause you to open spam mail. It is just ridiculous, all these survey sites are so hard to find a legitamate one. Literally all of them take forever to do, their are some legit ones but most of them just take to long to complete. My advice is go somewhere else!

Scamming 101: Panda Research (Surveys)
Scamming 101: Panda Research
Ok first off, Panda Research is a survey company that pays you to take surveys. I was instantly interested and I signed up in hopes of making a few bucks. What I quickly learned was that it was ALL A LIE! HERE ME, ITS A LIE! Yes at some point they were legitament but now they turned into being a pretty good scamming site. The reason I say this is because they make you complete offers and sign up for all the useless shit in the world and then your allowed to take the survey. Currently I am still a member hoping to gain that $25 dollar payout. $25 dollars is the minimum they allow you to withdraw and I don't know if I'll even get my money then. I basically made $18 of opening emails for 2 years! Dumb! My recommendation, don't waste your time. I hate the sites that spam you for doing surveys that make you no money and this one of them don't get dooped. Heres an actual way to make money legitamently: http://instantpaydaynetwork.com/jcl5365

Scamming 101: TradeRush Scam
SCAMMING 101: TRADERUSH SCAM
HA! I'm about to give you the heads up on traderush. It is an online Binary Options broker that is located in Cyprus. It is fairly well known and some people claim to make money off of it. Here's my personal take on it: First of I hate scams! So MUCH! It makes me want to tear my hair out! So I decided to give this a try. Went to their page, and tried to set up an account. As soon as I put in my information, I recieved a call. It was a woman asking me to deposit $500 and I'll get a 100% bonus and get an extra $500 to spend. MMM whats the catch? Here's what they dont tell you, now pay attention. If you accept the bonus and sometimes they automatically do it for you, you have to spend 30 TIMES THE AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED YES 30 TIMES!!!! Thats $500 x 30 = $15000 how ridiculous is that? However, most dont read the terms and conditions but I did Im not stupid. So I said I'd let her know in about a day whether I was ready to invest. I did more research and quickly figured out 95% of the binary traders lose. And the videos on youtube lied to me and they were actually making commission for getting people to join! THOSE SCAM ARTISTS! Sometimes they even tweak the evidence and make money off of you. Your bound to lose, the odds are against you. You can make money but its seriously rare and you'll gambling every single penny you made away. Also it takes forever to get your money withdrawn, you can only with draw less money than you deposited and the rest you need a ultility bill and your liscense and passport need to be sent to them, its quite a dragged out process but I leaned a diffrerent way. Trust me. I learned a way to make a solid income and non scammed way and Im going to let you in on it. Visit : http://freemoneymaker.2fortune.com

New Money Making Activity #8: SWAGBUCKS
New Money Making Activity #8: SWAGBUCKS
If your a teen, here's the number 1 thing to do to get money. This also works for adults too. There is no age
requirement to sign up. Swagbucks is basically a website that you earn swagbucks and buy gift cards, prizes or money to be transferred via paypal. You can earn Swagbucks in SO many ways: By daily polls, surveys, shopping, watching videos, searching anything, playing games, etc. Basically anything earns you swagbucks and if you do it everyday swagbucks earnings will go up quick. I would only recommend it as a kid because there are better ways for adults to earn money. However this is a legitamate site that pays you in any reward possible for using there services. Personally I think its awesome, I usually get the $5 gift card from amazon for 450 points its really cheap. Here's the site if you wanna give it a try: http://swagbucks.com/refer/JLin37

New Money Making Activity #7: EBAY SCAM
New Money Making Activity #7: EBAY SCAM
Ah good old ebay, ebay has been around since god knows how long. But ebay can be very profitable for the average person. If you've got a bunch of junk just sitting around, old T-shirts, hats, whatever. There
is a buyer out there that wants your useless junk believe it or not. Here's how you become most profitable
on Ebay. First thing is you need a good reputation, which means 100% feedback. People are not going to buy from a person with %15 good feedback. Its just not happening. So either buy or sell things fairly and develop a good reputation or don't bother. Also before you sell an item you need to determine its retail price and sell it below its retail price. Everyone on ebay is looking for a bargain so people aren't buy anything if it's priced to high. Now here's the trick, you want to add free shipping onto it and start the bidding at 99 cents. Yes it seems crazy but thats what you have to do. It will get the most views and it'll sell. You don't want to add any ebay extras because they charge you more and it's not gonna profit you that much more. Now for once you sell the item, you don't want to use the UPS boxes they give. NO! Thats wasting cash. You want to use either envelops or boxes depending on the size of the object you are selling. THis is because you can just put it in the mailbox or go to the nearest post office and ship it for $2-5 less! So imagine this, you make 100 transactions and you save $5 on each. Thats $500 bucks hard cash you could be saving. Listen to me when I say this, you can make money off of ebay. You just need to know how and always include pictures so they know what their getting. And if something doesn't sell, list it over and over again for free. Enjoy making money guys!

New Money Making Activity #6: Buying & Selling Fine Goods
New Money Making Activity #6: Buying And Selling Fine Goods
Here's how to turn $5 into $100 bucks easy. First thing you should know is these deals aren't always around but they are there. Here's how you do it. Sometimes big retailer stores like Macys, JC Penney, Sears, etc all have sales and clearance. You want to head straight for the clearance section of any department store and look for sales. You'll find insane deals on things tat used to be $200 for $5 or $15!!! Quickly snag this opportunity and find a department coupon for an extra 20% off or something and buy in bulk of all clearance items. Then you can sell them online free! Using ebay or other sites. It can be very profitable and actually rack up $1000+ a week if you know what your doing. It may seem like a lot of work but it really isn't and the pay out isn't too bad either. But don't be stupid, you have to have a feel for what will sell and what won't. Have fun shopping and making money! But a vital rule......don't get sidetracked and spend more than you need to.

New Money Making Activity #5: Motorcycle Club of America SCAM!!!
New Money Making Activity #5: Motorcycle Club of America SCAMMMM!
Yes SCAM! Well, it's really what you interpret it to be. Okay some background on Motorcycle Club of America. Pay attention closely because your going to need this information before joining. Motorcycle Club of America is basically like AAA its an discount club and helps you fix your problems. You sign up for a standard membership for $19.95 or premium for $40 per month, now this is per month. How you earn money is you get $80 for every person you sign up. Thats ridiculous so 100 people = $8000 WOW! Plus you earn $6 for every person your referral signs up! But you know there's got to be a catch! And boy is it something, but that does not mean you cant make some money. You can! Thats why its here on my money making activities! Ok listen up, heres the bad part. Written right from the FAQ. If say you sign up 100 people, and 90 people quit (which there is a 90% quit rate, its a good accurate estimate) than you basically owe that money back. And that is if they quit the system in the first 17 months. It says you owe $4.50 each month until the $80 is paid back to the company. What the hell? thats basically free marketing for them because I'm paying $40 a month plus I have to give all that money back , hmmmm kinda sketchy but yes some people are good at it and have made money off of this. Because they offer ti help their clients so they make the extra cash and never have to give it back. So there is the full review on Motorcycle Club of America, instant payday network is 10x better because the system is free. And all the referrals you sign up, you get 100% of it. Sign up here and make your first $50 bucks : http://instantpaydaynetwork.com/jcl5365

New Online Money Making at Home activity #2: Paid Surveys at Home
New Online Money Making at Home activity #2: Join Paid Surveys At Home SCAM
Here's the thing. Surprisingly it is a real site, however, the testimonials in the start-up page ITS FAKE. YES FAKE. But there is money to be made. Simple as that. So they charge you a fee of $34-$37 dollars in the beginning and I'm thinking "scam, scam, scam, scam, scam" I was skeptical but I did it anyway. And sure enough I tried exiting the site and they wouldn't let me leave and I was nervous. However, I did my research and gave it a shot. I signed up for it and paid $17 bucks and I well over got my moneys worth. Here's how: There's a tab that says make $100 now, so I clicked on it and its THE TESTIMONIALS. HA! proving they are fake! What the hell? So basically they pay you for using your information you saw in the beginning of the page, your information may or may not be used. But there you go, you make $100 - $17 (for signup) = $83 profit plus you can do the surveys if you want to. They pay anywhere from $1 to $150 so it is well worth the investment. Ehhhh but choose what you want to do.
